Ex-CIA officer Ralph McGehee understands how CIA used disinformation to build support for foreign wars. The CIA is not an intelligence agency, yet. It’s only a covert action agency. Covert action being overthrowing or supporting foreign governments, and that is not very intelligent. That is criminal state terrorism.
